September 2022 Newsletter

Dear Patient,

Happy September!  The start of a new season, a new school year, a renewed commitment to being the healthiest you possible.

Here are a few tips to add to your daily regime of maximizing your health.

  1. Stand tall. Posture affects everything! If you have poor posture it negatively affects your energy, your motion, your appearance, and your digestion. Don’t wait another minute! Sit tall, stand tall and walk tall.

  2. Never eat anything two hours before you go to bed. Digestion requires motion. If you lie down within two hours of a meal it will catch up with you. Poor dietary habits begin at a young age and require lifestyle drugs as you age. Don’t wait for the crisis to occur.

  3. Exercise a minimum of three times per week. This requires 30 minutes set aside to rise early, take a lunch break, or decide when you arrive home after work to discipline yourself to take your own time to exercise. Walk 30 minutes, jog 30 minutes, lift weights, or find a trainer. The longer you wait the more difficult it becomes.

The Standard Process 21 Day Cleanse is a great way to focus on being the healthiest you possible. It’s a great way to detoxify our system and reset our eating habit. If you would like more information about the 21 day cleanse talk to one of the doctors on your next visit. Dr. Brian will also be doing a seminar on September 19th. You can call the office today to reserve your spot!

Don’t forget to sign up for the Bernardsville 5K and Health Fair on September 18th! Come and support Bernardsville!

 In great health,
