MACULAR DEGENERATION, A MISSING NUTRIENT?

Age Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) is medically incurable with an inevitable and slow loss of vision.  Most people simply go about their business slowly going blind, but this does not have to be the case.  Even medicine now recognizes that omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin C and E, zinc, and carotenoids can help you avoid severe vision loss or blindness.

Unfortunately, some of the foods containing theses nutrients are the very ones that are often forbidden by your general doctor, especially if you have any type of heart condition.  Some of these foods are organ meats, oily fish, nuts, flaxseed oil, and eggs.  These foods, combined with green leafy vegetables and deeply colored vegetables like peppers, peas, beets, and more are the antidote for vision loss.

In a medical article titled, "How Important Is Nutrition in Protecting Eye Health," you can find 39 medical references to nutrition for your eyes.  Here is the best protocol to help your eyes regain their strength or prevent them from deteriorating in the first place.  These vitamins contain concentrated nutrients from the foods that are best for your eyes, processed whole, raw, and without chemicals.  These products are Iplex (3 daily) and Bilberry (3 daily) both from Standard Process.  In addition, always include Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil (3 daily) from Green Pasture.  If you have failing vision, please don't wait around for a medical cure.  While waiting you may go blind.  Give this protocol at least 6 months and I encourage you to get your vision check before and after.  Remember, never try any vitamin regiment without first checking with your doctor or chiropractor.  These vitamins are not meant to treat a disease, only to supplement a nutrient deficiency within your body.
